Meet your trainers

Christine Michaelis

Christine is a coach, mentor, author, public speaker and workshop facilitator. She has worked in marketing and advertising for more than 10 years before she decided to start her own business as a Marketing and Creative Start-Up Coach. She mentors start-ups around the globe as well as working with universities and small businesses. With her hand-on approach, she has helped hundreds of individuals validating their business idea and creating a successful start-up.

Harpal Dhatt

Harpal is an award winning Chartered Psychologist, founder of Glow at Work since 2011 and Kindness Cafés since 2016. She created Kindness Cafés a metaphorical café for the mind, body and soul. To spread the message of kindness globally and to show the importance of self-kindness and kindness to others for positive mental wellbeing. She is a Visiting Lecturer at the University of Westminster teaching Positive Psychology. She is also an Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society and on the Register of Coaching Psychologists. She is accredited in a wide variety of personality psychometrics, and combines her knowledge of organisational culture and diversity to design interventions in the workplace for people to thrive.
