Why review your products and services?

If you have developed your products and services already, it is worth reviewing them after you have done the market and competitor analysis and defined your ideal client. You will have a much better understanding of what your target group actually wants and how much they can afford to spend on it.

If you haven’t developed your products and services yet, it is time to do so! Because, if you don’t have anything to sell, you don’t have anything to market, which means you basically, don’t have a business.

When creating your products and services, there are certain things to think about.

  • What do your competitors offer?
  • What does your target audience want?
  • How does your target audience want to pay?
  • How much is your target audience willing to pay?
  • Do your products and services cater to the needs of your target audience?
  • Can you partner up with another business to provide additional value to your customers and also tap into the other business’ network?

Brainstorm your products and services and write them down in your notebook (What can you offer? Who can you partner up with? What price structure can you offer?).
