Finding Your USP

USP stands officially for: Unique selling point – and in my definition Unicorn Special Power. In other words: What makes you YOU? What makes your product different to what it is out there? And this can be very difficult to nail down – especially if you are at the beginning of your journey.

What I suggest is to keep a close eye on customer reviews or testimonials that you will get. Or even better: ask a client that you have already worked with why they chose to work with you and how they found it.

If you are right at the beginning of your journey though, here are a few questions that will help you to narrow down your Unicorn Special Power.

  • What makes you YOU?
  • The way you work
  • Your personality
  • Your setting
  • You offering
  • Your pricing
  • Your quality
  • Your niche
  • Your billing system
  • Your customer service
